Adam was an IT professional for 17+ years, and by 2016 was burned out from the stress of IT, lost his dad to illness and found himself at the end of a failed marriage. He was lonely, lost and not sure of his next steps. He was stuck on 'auto-pilot' progressing his career for years until COVID hit and that was when he knew he had to do something drastic.

He renewed his passion for IT and was able to truly accelerate his career. He was happier at work with more energy, got a big pay rise earning over $350k and started getting a lot more recognition at work. Adam was presented with the CEO award at one of Australia's most reputable financial institutions for his contributions.

This is all after making his break into Cyber Security, where he was told he had to take a big pay cut to get into this field of IT. Instead, Adam got his first role in Cyber Security with a 40% pay rise showing with the right attitude and strategy anything is possible.
